Apartment Giassa 10 in Graubünden, Bündner Oberland, Sedrun / CH – Switzerland

Apartment Giassa 10

The listed wooden house from 1801 is located in a small hamlet in Graubünden. In 2012/13 the building has been restored to its original condition far as possible. The house features two apartments, one of which is rented out as a holiday home for up to six people. The 100 sqm apartment offers plenty of authentic charm: there is a living room with paneled walls, wood floors and soapstone stove, original windows, rustic wooden walls in the hallways and a traditional limestone floor in the bathroom. The historic ambience is harmoniously complemented by the modern decor of the kitchen and bathroom and the simple furnishing of the rooms.
