Holidays in a country house with lots of charm – and a Steinway grand piano! The 180-year-old Landhaus Fredenwalde is located in the Uckermark, only an hour away from Berlin. The lovingly restored brick house offers 220 square meters of space for large families or a holiday with friends. Visible beams, wooden floors and fireplaces provide a cozy atmosphere. Pianists will love the music room with the Steinway grand piano where you can make music with view over the hills. A paradise – not just for the kids – can be found in the spacious garden with fruit trees, which lies at the foot of a vineyard. After a 110 meter climb you have a beautiful panoramic view of meadows, forests and lakes.
What to do
Swimming, cycling, walking, playing music. The hiking trails start right on the doorstep and lead through an undulating and varied landscape. In the garden there is a rustic wooden sauna. If you like, you can swim every day in a different bathing area in one of the many lakes. Those who want to make cultural trips, visit the ancient Cistercian Monastery Chorin and castle Boitzenburg or explore the many small individual Uckermärker events.
