Our partner mee­tings offer a won­derful oppor­tunity for informal net­working, exploring archi­tecture tog­ether and exchanging ideas. After Lisbon and the Eastern Algarve, our 2026 event marked our third stop in Por­tugal – and was, once again, truly inspiring.

Day 1 – April 17, 2026

Open House at Na Tra­vessa Suites in Porto & Talk with Archi­tects Louis Sobral and Carlos Azevedo of depa Archi­tects.

City Walk over the Ponte Dom Luís I bridge and through São Bento train station.

Open House and Welcome Evening at Fabrica no Jardim in Porto. Talk with figueiredo + pena arqui­tectos.

Day 2 – April 18, 2026

A guided tour of the Casa de Chá da Boa Nova (formerly the Boa Nova Tea House; now a two-Michelin-starred restaurant run by chef Rui Paula) and a visit to the Piscina das Marés (Pool complex by the beach) – designed by Pritzker Prize lau­reate Álvaro Siza Vieira – in the small town of Leça da Pal­meira, near Porto.

A walk along the Caminho Por­tuguês da Costa pil­grims’ path, fol­lowing the Atlantic coast all the way to the Piscina das Marés.

A visit to the Casa da Arqui­tectura by architect Guil­herme Machado Vaz in Mato­s­inhos. Guil­herme is an URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR partner with his Casa Afife.

Talk and lecture by Pritzker Prize lau­reate Eduardo Souto de Moura and Guil­herme Machado Vaz. Visit to the Lucio Costa Archive exhi­bition.

A culinary expe­rience with Chef Nuno Mendes at Cozinha das Flores – designed by Space Copen­hagen – fea­turing the beau­tiful hand-painted tiles by Álvaro Siza.

Day 3 – April 19, 2026

Open House and breakfast at Mas­s­a­relos House in Porto, designed by Jesus Mor­raime.

Open House at Casa 1015 in Porto, designed by Eduardo Souto de Moura.
