The NewHaus holiday homes are situated on the edge of a pine forest just behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen-Neuhaus. With their dark wooden façades, these long buildings, built offset from one another, blend in harmoniously with their surroundings. The living rooms in each house feature large window fronts and terraces on either side, which allow you to see through the houses and let the architecture merge visually with the natural environment. The 120 square meter sized houses each have identical floor plans but differ in their number of bedrooms. House Pine has four bedrooms while house Sand has only three, featuring a study instead. The centrepiece of each house is the living room with a fireplace, open kitchen and a large dining table. The color scheme for the interiors was selected by the Berlin artist Friederike Tebbe and the art works are part of the owner’s own collection.

Why we like this house
We like the urban style, which is both stylish and casual. The color scheme which reflects the sea and the landscape. And the location so close to the sea.
