Holiday archi­tecture: The best insider tips in winter. The German tele­vision station ntv has taken a look at desti­na­tions on the coast and in the moun­tains that are worth a trip, espe­cially in winter.

These houses and their hosts are por­trayed: Altes Schif­ferhaus and NewHaus (both on the Fischland-Darf-Zingst pen­insula, Baltic Sea), Büre­tenhof (Black Forest) as well as Park­hotel Holzner (pic­tured) in South Tyrol.
