The Giatla House masterfully bridges the gap between yesterday and today. The over 300-year-old farmhouse belongs to a mountain farm in Villgratental in East Tyrol. The house has been carefully renovated and large parts of the building have been maintained in their original character.

Surrounded by an olive grove and overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea as well as the Aurunci mountains Villa Due Pini is situated on a hill above the medieval town of Itri. The Italian architect Cherubino Gambardella designed the house based on an unfinished reinforced concrete skeleton.

The “Viles” – an ancient Ladin form of settlement in South Tyrol – were the inspiration for the design of the Pedevilla. The two black wooden houses interpret regional architecture in a modern way and offer a fantastic view of the Dolomites.

The hotel was a project between three friends. For several years they had been looking for an appropriate property situated in the quiet countryside close to Pristina – and with a lovely view. The result is a modern building with many wooden elements.

The Måsens Havsbad (Seagulls' Seaside Resort) holiday apartment on the Swedish west coast is located on a headland in the small fishing and harbour village of Lerkil and is surrounded by water on three sides. Here you are close to the elements and yet safely sheltered.

This old house dating to 1710 has already experienced some changes. More than 40 years ago the Spycher was brought from Entlebuch to Füringen, where it now sits majestically above Lake Lucerne. In 2010 the building was renovated and opened to the lakeside.
